That means the date, the quantity that drives your pricing (guests, nights, units, hours), the options that change the total, and anything policy-gated like insurance or waivers. Each template on this page lists the exact fields for its industry and explains why each one earns its place — leaving one out usually costs you a round of emails or a wrong number.
- What's the difference between a quote request form and an RFQ template?
- Mostly who sends it. An RFQ template is the document a buyer sends you asking for a price. A quote request form is the version you publish so buyers request in your format instead of free-text email. - Are these templates free to use?
