Wedding venue seasonal rate quote template

Open the live demo

Built from your own website, free to start, no card. The demo opens at full width in its own tab.

A wedding request that shows the Saturday-in-season premium against a Friday or winter date, then prices dinner and drinks per guest and rooms per night.

Shown as Cardan Mill, a sample business. The flow, the pricing logic and the quote it returns are the template; the name, the services and the prices are the sample's, and yours take their place.

3 customer paths · 10 steps · 10 priced items in 4 categories · itemized quote on the page — counted from the template itself.

Who this template is for.

Built for

Wedding venues that price by date and season and would rather publish the premium than explain it on every call, with food and drink priced per guest and rooms per night.

Not the right template for

Venues that only take bookings through a planner, or ceremony-only spaces without catering.

More on how Everybooking works for this industry: Wedding Venues.

From the template

What your customer goes through.

The first screen asks what they are booking. Each answer sets the path, and every path ends on a priced quote.

Path 01

Ceremony and reception here

The wheelhouse for the vows and the threshing floor for the rest. The whole day in one place.

Path 02

Reception only

Married elsewhere, arriving about four. Skip the ceremony line and everything else is the same.

Path 03

Something small

Under fifty, usually a Friday, usually the best day this building has.

The screens, in order
  1. 01What are you planning?
  2. 02Guests And Rooms
  3. 03Hire Of The Mill

Along the way it asks for the date, guests (20–140), rooms (0–8), so the lines priced per person, per hour or per mile can be multiplied out before the customer reaches the quote.

The rules it states up front.

Policies the sample puts on the request itself, so nobody finds them out by email later. Yours go in the same place.

House Rules

  • Fifty Guests Minimum For A Saturday
  • Music Stops At Midnight, Bar At Half Twelve
  • There Is Always A Wet Plan
From the template

How it closes.

Name, email and phone before the quote

The request is tied to a real person before the total is shown, so the follow-up has somewhere to go.

An itemized quote, on the page

Every chosen line, multiplied out, with the total. The customer sees it before they leave.

Final screen: “The Date Is Pencilled”

The sample's closing screen. Its wording, like every other line here, is the sample's; yours replaces it.

Questions

About the wedding venues template.

How does the date change the price?
Two date lines: a Saturday from April to September, or a Friday, Sunday or winter date at a lower rate, with the ceremony in the wheelhouse as its own line. The request picks one date line and every per-guest line stays the same.
Is there a minimum size?
Fifty guests for a Saturday, stated as a house rule on the request itself. The 'something small' path is built for under fifty, usually on a Friday.
