Agreement

By using Everybooking, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you're entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

Subscription & billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including violating any applicable law, infringing on intellectual property, or attempting to disrupt the service.

Liability

Everybooking is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
