Banquet hall event booking form template

Open the live demo

Built from your own website, free to start, no card. The demo opens at full width in its own tab.

A banquet hall request that prices the room, the plated or buffet menu, the bar and the dressing per guest, with children counted apart from the adult rate.

Shown as The Ashvale Rooms, a sample business. The flow, the pricing logic and the quote it returns are the template; the name, the services and the prices are the sample's, and yours take their place.

3 customer paths · 10 steps · 12 priced items in 4 categories · itemized quote on the page — counted from the template itself.

Who this template is for.

Built for

Banquet halls, function rooms and hotel event spaces that sell the room plus a per-guest menu. The room, the menu and the bar are separate lines, so the customer sees which ones move with the headcount.

Not the right template for

Restaurants taking table reservations, or a room rented without food.

More on how Everybooking works for this industry: Event Venues.

From the template

What your customer goes through.

The first screen asks what they are booking. Each answer sets the path, and every path ends on a priced quote.

Path 01

A wedding reception

All day, ante-room for drinks, dance floor. The busiest thing this room does.

Path 02

A birthday or anniversary

Evening only, buffet, and usually more children than anybody counts at first.

Path 03

A company dinner or awards

Plated, staged, speeches early. Numbers are usually exact and that helps everybody.

The screens, in order
  1. 01What is the function?
  2. 02Adults And Children
  3. 03The Hall
  4. 04The Menu
  5. 05Bar And Toast
  6. 06Staging And Dressing
  7. 07How A Function Runs
  8. 08Your Details
  9. 09The Function, Priced
  10. 10The Date Is Held

Along the way it asks for the date, adults (40–250), children (0–80), so the lines priced per person, per hour or per mile can be multiplied out before the customer reaches the quote.

The rules it states up front.

Policies the sample puts on the request itself, so nobody finds them out by email later. Yours go in the same place.

How A Function Runs

  • Final Numbers Ten Days Before
  • No Corkage, Because No Outside Drink
  • The Room Turns Round In Forty Minutes
From the template

How it closes.

Name, email and phone before the quote

The request is tied to a real person before the total is shown, so the follow-up has somewhere to go.

An itemized quote, on the page

Every chosen line, multiplied out, with the total. The customer sees it before they leave.

Final screen: “The Date Is Held”

The sample's closing screen. Its wording, like every other line here, is the sample's; yours replaces it.

Questions

About the banquet halls template.

Why does the request count adults and children separately?
The menu is priced per adult and the children's plate is its own line, so a table of kids never inflates the adult count. The sample keeps the two counts apart from the first screen.
What does the customer see at the end?
An itemized quote: the room line, the menu multiplied by the guest count, and the bar and dressing lines. Your version returns the same shape with your prices.
