Event box office ticketing form template
Built from your own website, free to start, no card. The demo opens at full width in its own tab.
A box office request that sells reserved seats and ticket tiers off a seat map for one night, takes payment in full, and emails a QR ticket per seat.
Shown as Grand Hall Box Office, a sample business. The flow, the pricing logic and the quote it returns are the template; the name, the services and the prices are the sample's, and yours take their place.
6 steps · 1 priced item in 1 category · itemized quote on the page · paid in full inside the flow — counted from the template itself.
Who this template is for.
Theaters, halls and ticketed venues that sell reserved seats in tiers for dated performances and want the ticket count, the seat map and the payment in one flow, with a QR ticket per seat sent by email.
General admission events without seats, or venues that sell through a third-party ticket agent.

What your customer goes through.
One path, in order, ending on a priced quote.
- 01Your night and your ticket count
- 02Choose your seats
- 03Your details
- 04Review and pay
- 05Curtain up
Along the way it asks for the date, tickets (1–20), so the lines priced per person, per hour or per mile can be multiplied out before the customer reaches the quote.
What it prices.
Sample prices from the demo, in US dollars. Your own rates, taxes and rules replace them the moment you launch.

- Grand Hall evening performance$22
How it closes.
Name, email and phone before the quote
The request is tied to a real person before the total is shown, so the follow-up has somewhere to go.
An itemized quote, on the page
Every chosen line, multiplied out, with the total. The customer sees it before they leave.
Paid in full inside the flow
Where the flow ends on a payment, the customer pays the whole total there and the booking is confirmed the moment it clears.
Final screen: “Curtain up”
The sample's closing screen. Its wording, like every other line here, is the sample's; yours replaces it.
About the box offices & ticketed venues template.
- How are seats chosen?
- The customer sets the night and the ticket count first, then takes free seats off the seat map. Sold seats show grayed out. Stalls, Circle and Concession are seat tiers on the one performance ticket, so the price moves as they are picked.
- When are the tickets sent?
- As soon as the full payment clears: one email, one QR code per ticket, shown on a phone at the door. Names can be added per ticket on the booking dashboard until that ticket is scanned.
