Connect your AI to Everybooking.
Choose Claude, ChatGPT by OpenAI, or Grok. Add Everybooking, sign in, and choose what your AI can do.
Before you connect
Use an Everybooking account on Growth or Enterprise. You need to be the owner, an admin, or a staff member with permission to connect AI apps. Connector availability also depends on your AI app's plan and workspace settings.
Connect with Claude
Add Everybooking in Claude
Open Connectors in Claude and choose Add custom connector. Name it Everybooking, paste the address below, then add it and choose Connect.

The app opens an Everybooking sign-in page. Sign in with your Everybooking account and follow the verification prompt. Choose your business if you have more than one.
Choose access and approve
Choose Look only for answers and insights, or Full access for permitted changes and actions when available. Select Approve, return to Claude, and start a conversation.
Connect with ChatGPT
Add Everybooking in ChatGPT
Open ChatGPT on the web. In Settings, open Apps (or Apps & Connectors) and create a custom app. Name it Everybooking, paste the address below, choose OAuth for sign-in, then create it and connect.

Connection questions
- Which Everybooking plan includes MCP?
- MCP access is included with Growth and Enterprise. Free and Starter accounts need to upgrade before connecting. Your AI provider's own subscription or API charges are separate.
- Do I need an API key to connect?
- No. These guides use Everybooking's built-in sign-in flow for Claude, ChatGPT and Grok. Add the connector address in your AI app, sign in to Everybooking, choose your business and approve access.
- What data can my assistant access?
- Your assistant connects to the business you approve and acts within your permissions. Look only lets it read permitted information without changing, sending or spending anything. Full access, when available to you, also allows permitted changes and actions. You choose the level before approving.
- What can I ask once connected?
- With around 1,000 MCP tools, you can manage almost every part of your Everybooking business through conversation. Ask your AI to build quotes, check availability, update products and pricing, manage customer records, create booking pages, draft follow-ups, or review reports. Describe what you want to accomplish in plain English. Your assistant works within the access you approve: Look only for answers and insights, or Full access for permitted changes and actions.
- Can I approve the connection by email?
- Yes, if your business has enabled approval by email. Choose that option on the Everybooking sign-in page and follow the email instructions. Connections approved this way get Look only access. Otherwise, use the code from your authenticator app.
- Why am I being asked for a connection code?
- Some businesses only allow connections started from Everybooking Settings. In that case, open Settings → Sign-in & security → AI apps (MCP), choose Connect an AI app and use the connection code shown there. The connection window lasts 10 minutes and closes after one app connects.
- How do I disconnect an AI app?
- In Everybooking, open Settings → Sign-in & security → AI apps (MCP), find the connected app and choose Disconnect. The owner and admins can also manage connections for the business.
