Booking discount management

Run booking promotions with clear dates and limits.

Create offers your team can understand, customers can use, and you can review after the booking is paid.

Manage live, scheduled, ended and switched-off discounts in one place. Set the customer-use rules that fit the offer and see which promotions are actually being redeemed.

01

See which offers are live, scheduled or finished.

The discounts workspace separates live offers, scheduled promotions, ended or switched-off discounts, and discounts tied to one booking. Usage information helps you find a promotion that has never been used or one that has reached its limit.

  • Find active offers without opening every discount.
  • See use limits, associated bookings and last-use information.
  • Duplicate a promotion when you need a starting point for another offer.
  • Turn selected offers on or off, or set their end date together.

02

Set the rules before sharing the code.

Customer-applied promotions can have start and end dates, a total use cap, a one-per-customer rule, and minimum spend or quantity. Check the intended products and booking flow before making an offer public.

  • Start and end dates define the promotion's use window.
  • A use cap limits the number of paid redemptions.
  • One per customer is based on paid redemptions, not unpaid quotes.
  • Minimum spend and quantity qualify the intended booking.

03

Give early bookers a defined offer.

An advance-booking campaign can use a scheduled promotion with a clear deadline and use cap. State the eligible services and terms in the offer. A fixed promotion window is different from automatically discounting every booking made a certain number of days before arrival.

04

Measure redemptions, not just discount-code activity.

The promotions report separates bookings carrying a code from paid redemptions. Review the savings given, paid uses and remaining uses before deciding whether to repeat an offer. A code appearing on an unpaid quote is not evidence of a completed sale.

  • Applied bookings show where the offer appears.
  • Paid redemptions show where a customer has used it on a paid booking.
  • Savings show the value of the discount.
  • Remaining uses help you manage a capped promotion.

05

Keep customer promotions and staff adjustments distinct.

Staff with pricing permissions may apply manual discounts. Those actions follow staff access rules and are not governed by every customer promotion limit in the same way. Set team permissions alongside your promotion policy, and review existing bookings separately from new uses.

Review promotions alongside your booking figures.

Use discount reporting with your revenue and booking reports to understand what an offer did. A connected AI can help with supported discount and reporting tools, subject to access. Verify the promotion, dates and limits before requesting a live change.

Your questions, answered.

Can I limit a promo code to one use per customer?
Yes. The one-per-customer option counts paid redemptions. Merely applying a code to an unpaid quote does not use up that customer's paid redemption.
Can I set a minimum order amount or quantity?
Yes. Customer-use limits include minimum spend and minimum quantity. Test your intended products and booking flow before sharing the offer.
Do a discount's start and end dates select the customer's service dates?
They define when the customer can use the promotion. They are not, on their own, a rule that limits which arrival, activity or service dates the customer may book.
Does a redemption prove the promotion created extra revenue?
No. It shows that the offer was used on a paid booking. Compare it with your wider booking results and the cost of the discount before drawing conclusions about additional demand.
