Run Everybooking from Grok.
Connect Grok to live Everybooking data to check bookings, review availability and make permitted changes through conversation.
Use the connector's sign-in flow: add Everybooking, sign in, select your business and approve access. There is no bearer-token command to paste for this setup.
01
Turn an operational question into a useful next step.
Ask Grok what is booked, which resources are free or what needs attention. With Full access, you can also ask it to carry out supported changes. Start with a familiar question so you can confirm the assistant is connected to the right business.
- Read the business records you are allowed to access.
- Check live availability and catalog pricing.
- Prepare quotations, customer updates and booking-flow changes.
- Choose between read access and permitted actions.
02
What can I ask Grok?
Describe the task in plain English. Around 1,000 MCP tools cover bookings, customers, products, pricing, ticketing, booking flows and other operations. The tools available to you depend on your account and permissions.
- Check the week ahead: “Show me next week's bookings and their dates.”
- Look up availability: “Which of our meeting spaces are available on Friday?”
- Review admission: “Show me the admission summary for this ticketed booking.”
- Adjust your flow: “Help me change the questions in this booking form.”
03
Connect with sign-in and approval.
Add the Everybooking connector address in your AI app, then follow the Everybooking sign-in and verification prompts. Choose your business, select your access level and approve. If your business requires a connection code, start from Settings → Sign-in & security → AI apps (MCP).
Follow the Grok connection steps →04
Choose what your assistant can do.
Look only is for permitted reads and insights. Full access also allows permitted changes and actions. Choose the access that fits the task, and review consequential actions before asking the assistant to carry them out. You can disconnect an app in Everybooking's AI apps settings.
- Access is limited to the business you approve.
- Feature availability and staff permissions still apply.
- Look only does not allow sending or changing records.
- Revoke a connection when you no longer need it.
Your questions, answered.
- Do I need an API key to connect Grok?
- No. This connection uses Everybooking sign-in and approval. Connecting an AI app through MCP is different from choosing a model provider or supplying an API key to an internal workflow.
- Which Everybooking plan do I need?
- MCP is included with Growth and Enterprise. Your AI app may also require an eligible subscription, workspace setting or administrator approval. Check the connection guide and current pricing.
- How do I check that I connected the right business?
- Ask: Which Everybooking business are you connected to? Confirm the answer, then ask a question you already know, such as which bookings are coming up this week.
- Can it customize my Instant Quote template?
- With the required access, supported MCP tools can change booking-flow questions and configuration. The flow remains connected to your products, live availability and pricing. Review and publish changes through the supported workflow.
