Everybooking + WordPress
Keep your WordPress website. Add instant quotes and booking connected to your live availability, with one block or one shortcode.
For venues, retreat centers, tour operators, equipment rentals and other businesses that price by time, day, night and quantity. No API keys, no price sync.
Why WordPress pairs well with Everybooking.
Most WordPress booking plugins make WordPress the booking system: prices, calendars and customer records live in your website's database, and your website becomes the thing you cannot afford to break. This plugin goes the other way. Everybooking stays the single place your pricing, inventory, quotes and bookings live, and WordPress simply shows the booking page. That is why there is nothing to sync and nothing sensitive stored on your site.
What the stack does together.
A quote on the page your customers already visit
Your WordPress site keeps its design, its pages and its search rankings. The Everybooking block puts your published booking page inside any of them. A customer picks dates, quantities and options and gets a quotation built from your own pricing, 4 seconds on average after they have supplied the details your pricing needs.
Live availability, with nothing to sync
The page your customer sees is your live Everybooking booking page, and it checks pricing and inventory with Everybooking as they go. The plugin stores no prices and no stock. Change a rate or block out a date in Everybooking and the WordPress page reflects it on the next visit.
From quote to booking and deposit in the same place
The quote continues into booking and the deposit or payment options you have set up in Everybooking. Quotes and bookings land in your existing Everybooking account alongside everything else, so there is no second inbox and no second calendar to reconcile.
Different booking pages for different parts of your site
Put your venue-hire page on one WordPress page and your equipment-rental page on another, or two on the same page. Each block takes its own link, height and width. The Classic Editor, Elementor and other page builders use the [everybooking] shortcode, which renders exactly the same thing.
Setup in plain English.
In Everybooking, go to Integrations and open WordPress. Download the plugin there, then upload and activate it in WordPress under Plugins → Add New. Back in the same Everybooking panel, copy the link to your published booking page and paste it in WordPress under Settings → Everybooking. Add the Everybooking Instant Quote & Booking block to a page (or the [everybooking] shortcode in a page builder) and publish. If your booking pages are on your own domain, add that domain in the plugin's settings first.
WordPress FAQ.
- Do I have to paste an API key or connect my account?
- No. You paste the public link to your published booking page, the same link you would send a customer, and the plugin never asks for your Everybooking password. Connecting is optional and is being rolled out account by account: where it is switched on, you paste a connection key that can do one thing, list your published booking pages, so you can pick one from a list. That key cannot see bookings, customers or prices, and you can revoke it in Everybooking at any time.
- Will my prices on WordPress ever be out of date?
- No. The plugin shows your live booking page and caches nothing. Pricing and availability are checked with Everybooking as the customer goes. Changes to the layout or steps of a booking page appear once you publish that page again in Everybooking; the plugin never publishes anything for you.
- Does it work with Elementor, Divi or the Classic Editor?
- Yes, through the [everybooking] shortcode, which Elementor's Shortcode widget and most page builders accept. The block editor gets a dedicated block with a view-only preview. There is no dedicated Elementor widget yet.
- Is this a WooCommerce integration?
- No. Everybooking takes the quote, the booking and the payment itself. The plugin does not create WooCommerce orders, carts or payments, though it runs happily on a site that also uses WooCommerce.
- Can customers come back and finish a quote later?
- Usually, yes: Everybooking remembers a customer's progress in their browser, so reloading the page continues where they left off. Browsers keep that memory separate for an embedded page and the same page opened directly, so a quote started on your WordPress page may not carry over to the stand-alone booking page. Personal and pre-filled links you send a customer always open on Everybooking's own page.
- Can I shape the booking page with Claude, ChatGPT or Grok?
- Yes, in Everybooking. Connect the AI app to your Everybooking account, ask it to change the booking page, and publish. Your WordPress page shows the new version. The AI app never needs access to your WordPress admin.
