HubSpot booking integration for service businesses.
Quote and book your services in Everybooking. Keep customers and sales progress visible in HubSpot.
Send supported contact and deal updates to your chosen HubSpot pipeline, with stages and ownership mapped to the way your team sells.
Why HubSpot pairs well with Everybooking.
A venue booking can include a room, catering, equipment and overnight stays. Everybooking handles that live inventory and quote. HubSpot keeps the wider sales relationship, with booking progress sent from Everybooking so your team has less to copy between systems.
What the stack does together.
Carry a won booking into the sales pipeline
When a deal is booked, the integration finds or creates its HubSpot contact by email and sends the deal to your chosen won stage, with its amount and close date.
Keep lost and reopened deals in context
Send lost deals to the selected lost stage with the reason. A lost deal that becomes active again can move back to the new stage. A won HubSpot deal is not automatically moved back to open.
Choose when inquiries should appear
Turn on open-deal creation if your team wants new inquiries in HubSpot before they book. Leave it off if HubSpot should receive later sales milestones instead.
Match the teammate responsible
Use optional owner matching by email to connect the Everybooking assignee with a HubSpot owner. Review the integration's status when a contact, owner or stage needs attention.
Setup in plain English.
In Everybooking, an owner or administrator opens Integrations and selects HubSpot. Connect with a HubSpot service key, choose the pipeline and new/won/lost stages, and test the connection. Review optional open-deal creation and owner matching before enabling the workflow.
HubSpot FAQ.
- Is the HubSpot integration two-way?
- No. This integration sends customer and deal updates from Everybooking to HubSpot. It does not import HubSpot edits into Everybooking or delete HubSpot records.
- Will every new inquiry create a HubSpot deal?
- Only if you enable the option to create open deals. It is off by default. You choose the pipeline and stages that Everybooking should use.
- Does this replace HubSpot's meeting scheduler?
- Use Everybooking when customers need a service quote based on live dates, capacity, quantities or package choices. The integration keeps the resulting sales progress visible in HubSpot. It is separate from HubSpot's own meeting scheduler.
- How do I connect HubSpot?
- An owner or administrator connects HubSpot from Everybooking's Integrations settings using a HubSpot service key. Choose your pipeline and map the new, won and lost stages, then test the connection. Enter the key in the settings panel; do not paste it into an AI chat.
- Can I send existing booking deals?
- Yes. The integration includes an option to sync existing deals. Review the selected range and pipeline settings before running it, then check the sync status in Everybooking.
- Does it sync bookings, invoices and payments as HubSpot objects?
- The integration updates contacts and deals, including supported sales status and deal amount. Your live availability, itemized booking, invoices and payment records remain in Everybooking.
