Shared inbox for booking teams

Booking inquiries across your businesses. One shared view.

See the booking deals that need attention without switching between each business's dashboard.

Pin the businesses you work with, review their inquiries together, then open a deal to reply in that business's context. Your existing membership and permissions still control what you can access.

01

A shared inbox view for multiple businesses

If you help run a venue, a retreat center and an activity business, switching dashboards can make it hard to see which inquiry needs a reply. Enable the shared view and pin the businesses you want in your feed. You can only pin businesses you have access to.

  • Select the businesses relevant to your day.
  • Filter the feed to focus on one business.
  • Search the deal feed to find a conversation.
  • Use New, Current and Waiting views to organize your attention.

02

Keep the booking and conversation together

Open a deal from the shared view to work in the business that owns it. The customer, conversation and linked booking provide the context for your reply. The shared view brings the work together while keeping the business's own mailbox and access rules in place.

03

Connect the email your business already uses

Set up each business's mailbox in Everybooking. Email setup can detect the provider and guide the connection; the steps depend on your provider. Your team then works with the booking inquiries that reach that business.

  • Review the connected address before sending.
  • Use the conversation and booking details to prepare a reply.
  • Keep businesses and their sender identities distinct.
  • Switch back to an individual business dashboard when needed.

04

Access follows your role in each business

The shared view is an optional way to work across existing memberships. It does not grant access to another business or override staff permissions. A person who works across two venues can pin both; a teammate with access to one venue still works within that access.

Your questions, answered.

What does shared inbox mean in Everybooking?
It is a combined view of booking deal activity across the businesses you pin. Open a deal to work with its conversation and booking inside the business that owns it. It is focused on booking inquiries rather than a complete archive of every email folder.
Can I reply from each business's email address?
When you open the deal, you reply in that business's context using its connected mailbox and the sending permissions available to you. Check the sender and connected email settings before sending.
Can I see businesses I am not a member of?
No. Pinning a business does not grant access. Membership and permissions in each business still determine what you can see and do.
Do I have to change how my team works?
No. The shared view is opt-in. You can continue using an individual business dashboard, and choose which businesses to pin when you turn on the shared view.
