Everybooking is an official Zapier app.
Send booked deals to a spreadsheet, alert your team when a customer needs a reply, and bring website form inquiries into Everybooking. Connect the tools you already use without code.
Available now in Zapier's public app directory. Included with a full setup; your Zapier plan sets your workflow limits.
Why Zapier pairs well with Everybooking.
Stop copying customer details between your forms, spreadsheets and task lists. A Zap is a workflow you set up once: when something happens in one app, it starts a task in another. Everybooking's official app gives you six instant deal triggers, two searches and two actions to build those workflows.
What the stack does together.
Booked deals land in your spreadsheet
Set up a Zap to add a row to Google Sheets when you mark a deal Booked in Everybooking. Include the deal ID, customer and estimated value. This records the sales status; check payments and reservations in Everybooking.
Your team hears the moment a customer is waiting
Set up a Slack or Microsoft Teams alert when a deal moves to Reply Now. You can also create an Asana, Trello or Todoist task when someone is assigned a deal, so they know what needs their attention.
Form submissions land on your board
Connect Typeform, Jotform or Google Forms to Create Inquiry. The submission appears on an inquiry card in Everybooking, ready for your team to answer. If that customer has a recently active open card, it is added there. This action does not send a reply or prepare a quote.
Customer details stay in step
Use Create or Update Customer to bring contact details into Everybooking. It looks for an existing customer by email, then phone, and creates one when there is no match. Which fields it updates depends on the match. It keeps stored email addresses and stops for review if contact details conflict.
Setup in plain English.
As the business owner or an admin, open Manage → Integrations in Everybooking. Open the Zapier card, choose Create my Zapier key, and copy the key. Open Zapier, start a Zap with Everybooking, and paste the key when asked to connect. Choose what starts the workflow and what happens next, test it, and turn it on.
The Zapier guide and API reference covers every trigger, search and action, troubleshooting and example Zaps. Ready to start? Open Everybooking on Zapier.
Zapier FAQ.
- Is Everybooking an official Zapier app?
- Yes. Zapier reviewed and approved the Everybooking app, and it is public in Zapier's app directory. Search for Everybooking when you start a Zap.
- Why does the Zapier listing say Beta?
- Zapier currently labels the public Everybooking listing Beta. You can connect from that listing and use its published triggers, searches and actions.
- What can Zapier do with Everybooking?
- Six instant triggers (Deal Marked Booked, Deal Marked Lost, Deal Needs a Reply, Deal Waiting on Customer, Deal Assigned, Deal Unassigned), two searches (Find Customer by email or phone; Find Deal by deal ID, with a drop-down of your recent deals, or by customer email) and two actions (Create Inquiry, Create or Update Customer). Zapier can't take payments, issue refunds, send messages or create quotes and bookings in Everybooking.
- Which plans include it, and who can connect?
- A full setup: connecting your other tools, Zapier included, is part of the build-out. The Instant Quote Funnel on its own doesn't include it. The business owner or an admin connects. Your Zapier plan decides how many Zaps and steps you can run.
- Is it the same as the HubSpot connection?
- No. HubSpot has its own built-in connection in Everybooking, so you don't need a Zap for it. Zapier is for everything else: spreadsheets, chat, task tools, forms and the rest of your stack.
- What happens if the person who connected leaves?
- When their admin access or API key is removed, Everybooking stops sending to their Zaps and shows them as paused on the Integrations page. Reconnect with a current admin's key and turn each Zap off and on.
