0:00Who this is for

If you run a wedding venue, a barn, a retreat or a hotel that hosts weddings, this is for you.

I'll show you how to book more weddings from the inquiries and tour requests you already get.

Without hiring another person for the phones, without buying more leads, and without learning a complicated new system. You just talk to it.

You'll simply be the first one to answer every couple with a real price, day or night, and the one who follows through until the wedding is paid.

0:25Why I built it

How do I know this works?

My name is Kevin Penner. I've run service businesses all my life. Powerland Computers. Wilderness Edge. And a few that flopped, which taught me more than the ones that worked.

And for years, we lost bookings the same way you do. Inquiries sat over the weekend. By the time we called back, they'd already put a deposit down with whoever answered first.

We were paying for listings and wedding fairs, then losing those couples to slow replies. Not to better venues. To faster ones.

0:54Where the work is really lost

Everybody tells you speed wins. Couples write to five venues at once, and the first to answer gets the tour. That's true, but it's only the first five minutes.

Think about where you really lose weddings. The package price that takes two days to send. The question nobody answered. The tour that never got booked. The couple who loved you and never sent their friends.

The first reply gets you in the door. The venue that handles everything after it wins the date. And the one that keeps showing up gets the anniversary dinner, the family reunion and every friend who gets engaged.

Everyone has access to the same AI. The difference is what it's connected to.

A chatbot knows your website and your rules.

Ours knows that too, plus your dates, your packages, your room blocks, your invoices, and every call, text and email, in real time, twenty-four seven.

A chatbot guesses. Everybooking knows.

Let me show you three things that make that possible.

1:491. A funnel that sells and sorts

Number one. A chatbot says congratulations, asks about the big day, asks for their email, then asks if they'd like a call back.

Your couple still hasn't seen a single price, or even whether the date is open. That's not selling. That's a receptionist with a script.

Everybooking's funnel sells what makes your venue different, and sorts the leads right away. One tap: the whole weekend, the one day, a micro wedding or an elopement. Each one sees the right packages, rooms and price.

And you choose how price shows up. The full price for an elopement package. Some prices, with the rest held back for the tour. Or let them build the whole weekend and see the total when they book.

Then you pick the next step: a booked tour, a phone call, or a deposit to hold the date. Your best pitch goes to your best couples, and nobody gives a Saturday tour to the wrong one.

Don't take my word for it. Below this video is a real instant quote funnel, built for a business like yours. Try it the way your customer would, and see how fast you get a price.

2:482. Priced in seconds

Number two. Right now some of you are thinking, that's fine for a simple business. Mine's different.

You've got peak Saturdays and quiet Fridays. Packages by the season. Dinner and drinks by the guest. Guest cottages by the night. Room blocks with a release date. And a guest list that changes every week until the big day.

Most owners believe only they can price that, after a tour. So the quote takes a day or two, and the couple books whoever sent a number first.

Everybooking prices it in seconds, and gets it right, because it works off the same dates, packages, rooms and rules you do.

You sell four kinds of things, and it tracks all four. Dates by the day. Guest rooms and cottages by the night. Tour times by the slot. And your rules, the same on every quote.

It never promises a date you don't have, and it never books two couples on the same Saturday because nobody checked the calendar.

And it doesn't stop at the first quote. They ask what a Friday would cost, it sends a second option at the Friday rate. They say yes at midnight, and the deposit is in your account at five past.

So no, your venue isn't too complicated for this. Your venue is exactly what this was built for.

3:523. Your office, done by talking

Number three. The work after the date is held: payment plans, final guest counts, room blocks, the numbers your accountant wants.

Now you just talk to it like you'd talk to your office manager, and it does the work. Move the Chen wedding to the Friday and email them the new quote. Send Priya and Jordan their final invoice for a hundred and twelve guests. Give me next season's weddings by month.

Not advice. The actual work. Like an office manager who knows every date, every package and every couple, and never goes home.

It even answers your phone when you can't. It takes the message and puts it on your dashboard as a new inquiry.

Turn on auto-reply, and it gets back to them with a price they can book and pay. You choose which weddings it handles on its own, like anything under ten thousand dollars.

And you stay in charge. Turn on approval to see every quote first. The tricky ones, like two couples after the same Saturday, or a postponed wedding, come straight to you.

When it needs an answer only your team has, it asks the right person. Your wedding coordinator replies from her phone between tours, and the couple gets a proper answer.

When the wedding's over, it keeps showing up. A thank-you. A follow-up on the tour that didn't book. A note on their first anniversary. And when her sister gets engaged, your venue is the name they already have.

5:08One job, start to finish

Let me show you one wedding, start to finish, in a demo venue set up like yours. Eleven twenty on a Wednesday night, a newly engaged couple is writing to five venues at once.

She taps the whole weekend, picks September nineteenth, enters a hundred guests, adds dinner, drinks and six rooms, and hits get my price.

Six seconds later, she has a real price, the Saturday is open, and she can pick a tour time for Sunday afternoon.

She asks if the band and photographer can have dinner too. Everybooking asks Maria, your wedding coordinator. Maria says yes, and her quote updates with three supplier meals.

At eleven forty-four, she books Sunday's tour and pays a deposit to hold the date. Twenty-four minutes from five tabs open to a held, paid date on your calendar. The other four haven't written back yet.

A month before the wedding, she gets a reminder to confirm her final count. Then eight more guests say yes. Maria adds them from her phone, and the couple approves the change right there.

The final invoice goes out with the deposit taken off, and it's paid before the wedding day. From form to paid, and nobody in your office typed a thing.

6:12Where it came from

Now, where did all this come from? I own Wilderness Edge, a retreat and conference center, so I know your world. Big days on the calendar, meals by the person, rooms by the night, and guest counts that never stop changing.

I used to be on call from early morning until late at night, so I could be the first one to answer every inquiry with a real quote. Today, I have my mornings and evenings back. The first answer goes out without me. Our instant quote funnels and our AI answer nearly every first inquiry, twenty-four seven.

But that was only the first hard part. Once a lead is warm, they have questions. Changes. Details my staff have to check. That used to take me anywhere from twenty minutes to three hours, building spreadsheets, updating the quote, and chasing my team for answers.

Now the twenty-minute ones take one to two minutes. The three-hour ones are done in under ten.

Because I just talk to it. It knows every detail of every deal, and it has over a thousand different tools inside the system to get every detail of every wedding right.

I built Everybooking to fix my own problem first. My venue or yours, the problem is the same. The first real price wins the date, and the fastest follow-through keeps it.

7:21Your math

Now let's do your math, not mine. For example, say your average wedding is fifteen thousand dollars.

A venue only has so many Saturdays. So if Everybooking turns just two more inquiries a month into booked weddings, in this example that's thirty thousand dollars a month, before a single friend gets engaged.

Compare that to hiring someone to answer every call and inquiry: about fifty thousand dollars a year with wages and benefits, and they still go home at five, right when couples start writing.

There are really two ways to grow a wedding venue. Buy more listings and fairs, with inquiries that still sit overnight. Or win more of the couples you already hear from, by being the first to answer with a real price.

8:02How we work with you

Here's how it works. We build it with you, in two stages.

Your instant quote funnel is answering requests within days. Within thirty days, your foundation is running. Then we connect the rest of your venue, every piece agreed in writing. Outside services you choose, like texting, calling or your AI assistant, are billed separately.

And try it completely risk-free.

If you don't feel the difference in your first thirty days, for any reason at all, we'll give you a full refund of everything you paid Everybooking. No forms, no friction, no questions asked.
