0:00Who this is for

If you run a charter bus, limo, airport transfer or shuttle company, this is for you.

I'll show you how to book more trips from the calls, emails and web requests you already get.

Without hiring another dispatcher for the phones, without buying more leads, and without learning a complicated new system. You just talk to it.

You'll simply be the first one to answer every request with a real price for that trip, day or night, with the vehicle held, and the one who follows through until the ride is paid.

0:27Why I built it

How do I know this works?

My name is Kevin Penner. I've run service businesses all my life. Powerland Computers. Wilderness Edge. And a few that flopped, which taught me more than the ones that worked.

And for years, we lost work the same way you do. Quote requests sat overnight. By the time we called back, they'd already booked whoever answered first.

We were paying for ads, then losing those leads to slow callbacks. Not to better companies. To faster ones.

0:54Where the work is really lost

Everybody tells you speed wins. Answer first and you get the trip. That's true, but it's only the first five minutes.

Think about where you really lose trips. The quote that waits until tomorrow. The luggage question nobody answered. The deposit nobody chased. The school that rode with you once and booked someone else for the next game.

The first reply gets you in the door. The company that handles everything after it wins the trip. And the one that keeps showing up gets the next game, the next wedding, and every airport run after that.

Everyone has access to the same AI. The difference is what it's connected to.

A chatbot knows your website and your rules.

Ours knows that too, plus your fleet, your drivers' hours, your bookings and invoices, and every call, text and email, in real time, twenty-four seven.

A chatbot guesses. Everybooking knows.

Let me show you three things that make that possible.

1:451. A funnel that sells and sorts

Number one. A chatbot says hi, asks where they're going, asks for an email, and promises dispatch will get back to them.

Your organizer still hasn't seen a price, and she's emailing four other companies tonight. That's not selling. That's a receptionist with a script.

Everybooking's funnel sells what makes you different, and sorts the leads right away. One tap: an airport run, a wedding or night out, a school or team trip, or a car for the day. Each one sees the right vehicles and price.

And you choose how price shows up. The full fare for standard runs, like airport transfers and shuttle seats. Some prices, with the rest held until you check the route. Or let them build the whole trip, stops, waiting and extras, and see the total when they pay the deposit.

Then you pick the next step: book and pay right now, a deposit to hold the vehicle, or a call with dispatch for the big ones. Standard runs book themselves, and your dispatcher's time goes to the trips that need it.

Don't take my word for it. Below this video is a real instant quote funnel, built for a business like yours. Try it the way your customer would, and see how fast you get a price.

2:502. Priced in seconds

Number two. Right now some of you are thinking, that's fine for a simple business. Mine's different.

Your coaches price by the mile. Drivers by the hour, with waiting time and overnight stays. Airport runs at a fixed fare. After-hours surcharges. And a fleet where every vehicle can only be in one place at a time.

Most owners believe only dispatch can price that, with a map open and the board in front of them. So the quote waits until tomorrow, and the organizer books whoever answered tonight.

Everybooking prices it in seconds, and gets it right, because it works off the same rates, fleet, drivers and rules you do.

You sell four kinds of things, and it tracks all four. Vehicles by the hour and the day. Drivers and their shifts. Seats on every scheduled run. And your rules, the same on every quote.

It never promises a coach that's already out, and it never puts one driver on two trips at once.

And it doesn't stop at the first quote. They ask about a smaller bus, it sends a second option. They say yes at eleven at night, and the deposit is in your account at five past.

So no, your company isn't too complicated for this. Your fleet is exactly what this was built for.

3:563. Your office, done by talking

Number three. The paperwork after the vehicles come back: invoices, driver swaps, school and corporate quotes, the numbers your bookkeeper wants.

Now you just talk to it like you'd talk to your office manager, and it does the work. Put Marcus on Saturday's Lakeside run and text the organizer. Send Westfield High their invoice with the extra stop added. Give me last month's miles and revenue by vehicle.

Not advice. The actual work. Like an office manager who knows every vehicle, every fare and every customer, and never goes home.

It even answers your phone when you can't. It takes the message and puts it on your dashboard as a new trip request.

Turn on auto-reply, and it gets back to them with a price they can book and pay. You choose which trips it handles on its own, like anything under two thousand dollars.

And you stay in charge. Turn on approval to see every quote first. The tricky ones, like a forty-car corporate event or an unhappy passenger, come straight to you.

When it needs an answer only your team has, it asks the right person. Your driver replies from his phone at the next stop, and the customer gets a proper answer.

When the trip's done, it keeps showing up. A thank-you. A follow-up on the return trip they priced but didn't book. A reminder before next season's schedule comes out. One trip becomes a customer for twenty years.

5:10One job, start to finish

Let me show you one booking, start to finish, in a demo company set up like yours. Ten fifty on a Wednesday night, a bride realizes nobody booked the wedding cars.

She taps wedding, picks an executive car for five hours, adds two minivans for the family, both ways, adds champagne, and hits get my price.

Seconds later, she has a real price, and both vehicles and both drivers are held for her Saturday.

She asks if the driver can wait while they take photos at the park. Everybooking asks Sam, your dispatcher, Sam says yes, add an hour, and her quote updates.

At eight minutes past eleven, she books and pays the deposit. Eighteen minutes from no cars to two vehicles held and paid for on your board. You were asleep for most of it.

On the wedding morning, she gets a reminder with her driver's name and pickup time. The ceremony runs long, the driver adds forty-five minutes of waiting from his phone, and she approves it right there.

The final invoice goes out with the deposit taken off, and she pays before the reception's over. Form to paid, and nobody in your office touched it.

6:13Where it came from

Now, where did all this come from? I own Wilderness Edge, a retreat and conference center. It isn't transport, but it's every bit as messy to quote.

I used to be on call from early morning until late at night, so I could be the first one to answer every inquiry with a real quote. Today, I have my mornings and evenings back. The first answer goes out without me. Our instant quote funnels and our AI answer nearly every first inquiry, twenty-four seven.

But that was only the first hard part. Once a lead is warm, they have questions. Changes. Details my staff have to check. That used to take me anywhere from twenty minutes to three hours, building spreadsheets, updating the quote, and chasing my team for answers.

Now the twenty-minute ones take one to two minutes. The three-hour ones are done in under ten.

Because I just talk to it. It knows every detail of every deal, and it has over a thousand different tools inside the system to get every detail of every trip right.

I built Everybooking to fix my own problem first. My venue or your company, the problem is the same. The first real price wins the trip, and the fastest follow-through keeps it.

7:20Your math

Now let's do your math, not mine. For example, say your average trip is eight hundred dollars.

If Everybooking turns just two more requests a week into booked trips, in this example that's almost seven thousand dollars a month, before repeat customers.

Compare that to hiring someone to answer every call and form: about fifty thousand dollars a year with wages and benefits, and they still go home at five.

There are really two ways to grow a transport company. Buy more leads that still wait until tomorrow for a quote. Or win more of the requests you already get, by being the first to answer with a real price.

7:54How we work with you

Here's how it works. We build it with you, in two stages.

Your instant quote funnel is answering requests within days. Within thirty days, your foundation is running. Then we connect the rest of your company, every piece agreed in writing. Outside services you choose, like texting, calling or your AI assistant, are billed separately.

And try it completely risk-free.

If you don't feel the difference in your first thirty days, for any reason at all, we'll give you a full refund of everything you paid Everybooking. No forms, no friction, no questions asked.
