0:00Who this is for

If you run a party rental, tent and marquee, dance floor or catering company, this is for you.

I'll show you how to book more orders from the calls and quote requests you already get.

Without hiring another person for the phones, without buying more leads, and without learning a complicated new system. You just talk to it.

You'll simply be the first one to answer every request with a real price, day or night, and the one who follows through until the order is paid.

0:25Why I built it

How do I know this works?

My name is Kevin Penner. I've run service businesses all my life. Powerland Computers. Wilderness Edge. And a few that flopped, which taught me more than the ones that worked.

And for years, we lost work the same way you do. Requests sat over the weekend. By the time we called back, they'd already booked whoever answered first.

We were paying for ads and listings, then losing those leads to slow callbacks. Not to better companies. To faster ones.

0:53Where the work is really lost

Everybody tells you speed wins. Answer first and you get the order. That's true, but it's only the first five minutes.

Think about where you really lose orders. The quote that takes two days. The question nobody answered. The date nobody could confirm, because nobody knew what was free. The customer who rented from you once and called someone else next time.

The first reply gets you in the door. The company that handles everything after it wins the order. And the one that keeps showing up gets every party, wedding and company picnic for the next twenty years.

Everyone has access to the same AI. The difference is what it's connected to.

A chatbot knows your website and your rules.

Ours knows that too, plus your stock, your dates, your crews, your invoices, and every call, text and email, in real time, twenty-four seven.

A chatbot guesses. Everybooking knows.

Let me show you three things that make that possible.

1:461. A funnel that sells and sorts

Number one. A chatbot says hi, asks what they need, asks for their email, then asks if they'd like a call back.

Your customer still hasn't seen a single price, or even whether you have the stock that day. That's not selling. That's a receptionist with a script.

Everybooking's funnel sells what makes you different, and sorts the leads right away. One tap: a party at home, a wedding, a company event or catering only. Each one sees the right items, menus and price.

And you choose how price shows up. The full price for a party package. Some prices, with the rest held for the site visit. Or let them build the whole order and see the total when they book.

Then you pick the next step: a site visit, a phone call, or a deposit to hold the date. Your best pitch goes to your best leads, and nobody drives out to measure a yard for the wrong one.

Don't take my word for it. Below this video is a real instant quote funnel, built for a business like yours. Try it the way your customer would, and see how fast you get a price.

2:442. Priced in seconds

Number two. Right now some of you are thinking, that's fine for a simple business. Mine's different.

You've got tents priced by the size. Chairs and linens by the piece. Menus by the guest. Staff by the hour. Delivery by the zone. And a guest count that changes every week until the event.

Most owners believe only they can price that, after a site visit. So the quote takes a day or two, and the customer keeps calling around.

Everybooking prices it in seconds, and gets it right, because it works off the same stock, dates, menus and rules you do.

You sell four kinds of things, and it tracks all four. Tents, tables and chairs by quantity against the date. Delivery and pickup windows. Menus by the guest and staff by the hour. And your rules, the same on every quote.

It never promises a tent you don't have, and it never double-books the last hundred chairs because nobody checked the shelf.

And it doesn't stop at the first quote. They ask about a bigger tent in case of rain, it sends a second option. They say yes at eleven at night, and the deposit is in your account at five past.

So no, your business isn't too complicated for this. Your business is exactly what this was built for.

3:503. Your office, done by talking

Number three. The work after the order is booked: final counts, delivery routes, invoices and deposits, the numbers your accountant wants.

Now you just talk to it like you'd talk to your office manager, and it does the work. Add twenty chairs to the Garcia order and email them. Move Saturday's pickups to Sunday morning and text the customers. Give me next weekend's deliveries by truck.

Not advice. The actual work. Like an office manager who knows every item, every order and every customer, and never goes home.

It even answers your phone when you can't. It takes the message and puts it on your dashboard as a new order.

Turn on auto-reply, and it gets back to them with a price they can book and pay. You choose which orders it handles on its own, like anything under two thousand dollars.

And you stay in charge. Turn on approval to see every quote first. The tricky ones, like a tent on a steep yard or an unhappy customer, come straight to you.

When it needs an answer only your team has, it asks the right person. Your crew lead replies from her phone between drop-offs, and the customer gets a proper answer.

When the event's over, it keeps showing up. A thank-you. A follow-up on the quote they didn't book. A reminder when it's time to book next year's party. One order becomes a customer for twenty years.

5:06One job, start to finish

Let me show you one order, start to finish, in a demo rental company set up like yours. Nine fifty on a Thursday night, a dad is planning his daughter's graduation party in the backyard.

He taps a party at home, picks Saturday the fourteenth, enters sixty guests, adds a marquee, chairs, tables and lights, and hits get my price.

Six seconds later, he has a real price, the marquee and all sixty chairs are free that weekend, and delivery is Friday afternoon.

He asks if the crew can put it on the slope at the back of the yard. Everybooking asks Jess, your crew lead. Jess says yes, with flooring, and his quote updates.

At ten fourteen, he books and pays the deposit. Twenty-four minutes from first look to a booked, paid order on your schedule. You were asleep for most of it.

Friday morning, he gets a reminder with his delivery window. On the day, twelve more guests say yes. Jess adds the chairs and place settings from her phone, and he approves the change right there.

The final invoice goes out with the deposit taken off, and it's paid before the truck comes back on Monday. From form to paid, and nobody in your office typed a thing.

6:12Where it came from

Now, where did all this come from? I own Wilderness Edge, a retreat and conference center. Not a rental company, but every bit as messy to quote.

I used to be on call from early morning until late at night, so I could be the first one to answer every inquiry with a real quote. Today, I have my mornings and evenings back. The first answer goes out without me. Our instant quote funnels and our AI answer nearly every first inquiry, twenty-four seven.

But that was only the first hard part. Once a lead is warm, they have questions. Changes. Details my staff have to check. That used to take me anywhere from twenty minutes to three hours, building spreadsheets, updating the quote, and chasing my team for answers.

Now the twenty-minute ones take one to two minutes. The three-hour ones are done in under ten.

Because I just talk to it. It knows every detail of every deal, and it has over a thousand different tools inside the system to get every detail of every order right.

I built Everybooking to fix my own problem first. My venue or your business, the problem is the same. The first real price wins the order, and the fastest follow-through keeps it.

7:18Your math

Now let's do your math, not mine. For example, say your average order is fifteen hundred dollars.

If Everybooking turns just two more requests a week into booked orders, in this example that's over twelve thousand dollars a month, before repeat customers.

Compare that to hiring someone to answer every call and form: about fifty thousand dollars a year with wages and benefits, and they still go home at five.

There are really two ways to grow a rental or catering company. Buy more leads that still sit over the weekend. Or win more of the requests you already get, by being the first to answer with a real price.

7:53How we work with you

Here's how it works. We build it with you, in two stages.

Your instant quote funnel is answering requests within days. Within thirty days, your foundation is running. Then we connect the rest of your business, every piece agreed in writing. Outside services you choose, like texting, calling or your AI assistant, are billed separately.

And try it completely risk-free.

If you don't feel the difference in your first thirty days, for any reason at all, we'll give you a full refund of everything you paid Everybooking. No forms, no friction, no questions asked.
