- No, but it helps if you (a) already use Twilio numbers, (b) need full carrier-level logging for compliance, or (c) want custom programmable flows like multi-region routing or custom IVR before the AI picks up. Everybooking's default phone agent handles 80% of buyers without bringing your own Twilio account.
