0:00Who this is for

If you run a dog daycare, a boarding kennel, a grooming salon or a horse boarding stable, this is for you.

I'll show you how to book more stays, days and grooms from the calls and online requests you already get.

Without hiring another person for the phones, without buying more leads, and without learning a complicated new system. You just talk to it.

You'll simply be the first one to answer every request with a real price, day or night, and the one who follows through until the stay is paid.

0:27Why I built it

How do I know this works?

My name is Kevin Penner. I've run service businesses all my life. Powerland Computers. Wilderness Edge. And a few that flopped, which taught me more than the ones that worked.

And for years, we lost bookings the same way you do. Requests sat overnight. By the time we called back, they'd already booked whoever answered first.

We were paying for ads, then losing those leads to slow callbacks. Not to better places. To faster ones.

0:54Where the work is really lost

Everybody tells you speed wins. Answer first and you get the booking. That's true, but it's only the first five minutes.

Think about where you really lose owners. The vacation request that waited two days for a price. The question about a nervous rescue that nobody answered. The trial day that never got booked. The owner who boarded once and went somewhere else next summer.

The first reply gets you in the door. The place that handles everything after it wins the booking. And the one that keeps showing up gets that dog every vacation for the rest of its life.

Everyone has access to the same AI. The difference is what it's connected to.

A chatbot knows your website and your rules.

Ours knows that too, plus your kennel board, every daycare space and grooming slot, your invoices, and every call, text and email, in real time, twenty-four seven.

A chatbot guesses. Everybooking knows.

Let me show you three things that make that possible.

1:491. A funnel that sells and sorts

Number one. A chatbot says hi, asks what they need, asks for the dog's name, then asks if they'd like a call back.

That owner still hasn't seen a single price. That's not selling. That's a receptionist with a script.

Everybooking's funnel sells what makes you different, and sorts the leads right away. One tap: daycare, boarding, a groom, or a brand-new dog. Each one sees the right options and price.

And you choose how price shows up. The full price for daycare and grooms. Some prices, with the stay confirmed after the trial day. Or let them build the whole vacation stay and see the total when they book the trial.

Then you pick the next step: a trial day, a meet-and-greet visit, or book and pay right away. Your best offer goes to your best leads, and nobody wastes a call on the wrong one.

Don't take my word for it. Below this video is a real instant quote funnel, built for a business like yours. Try it the way your customer would, and see how fast you get a price.

2:452. Priced in seconds

Number two. Right now some of you are thinking, that's fine for a simple business. Mine's different.

You've got a trial day before anything else. Daycare by the full day or half day. Boarding by the night, with holiday rates. Grooms priced by size and coat. Board by the week for horses. And only so many dogs you'll take in a day.

Most owners believe only they can price that, with the kennel board in front of them. So the quote waits until morning, and the family books the next place on the list.

Everybooking prices it in seconds, and gets it right, because it works off the same board, prices, spaces and rules you do.

You sell four kinds of things, and it tracks all four. Spaces by quantity, like twelve dogs a day. Time slots on the grooming table. Days and nights in the kennels. And your rules, the same on every booking.

It never takes a thirteenth dog on a twelve-dog day, and it never books a stay before the trial.

And it doesn't stop at the first quote. They ask about daycare every Thursday after the trip, it sends a second option. They say yes at half past ten, and the deposit is in your account a minute later.

So no, your place isn't too complicated for this. Your place is exactly what this was built for.

3:533. Your office, done by talking

Number three. The work after the last pick-up: invoices, kennel board changes, monthly bills for the barn, the numbers your bookkeeper wants.

Now you just talk to it like you'd talk to your office manager, and it does the work. Move Biscuit's trial to Sunday and text his owner. Send the Clarks their invoice with two extra walks. Give me next week's boarders by kennel.

Not advice. The actual work. Like an office manager who knows every dog, every owner and every price, and never goes home.

It even answers your phone when you can't. It takes the message and puts it on your dashboard as a new booking request.

Turn on auto-reply, and it gets back to them with a price they can book and pay. You choose which stays it handles on its own, like anything under one thousand dollars.

And you stay in charge. Turn on approval to see every quote first. The tricky ones, like a dog who didn't settle or an unhappy owner, come straight to you.

When it needs an answer only your team has, it asks the right person. Your handler replies from her phone between walks, and the owner gets a proper answer.

After pick-up, it keeps showing up. A thank-you. A follow-up on the stay they didn't book. A reminder before the summer dates fill. One stay becomes a regular for life.

5:06One job, start to finish

Let me show you one stay, start to finish, in a demo dog daycare and kennel set up like yours. Five past nine on a Thursday night, an owner needs somewhere for her spaniel while she's away.

She taps a brand-new dog, picks five nights of boarding, adds a long walk every day, and hits get my price.

Six seconds later, she has a real price, a trial day on Saturday, and five nights held for Biscuit, waiting on the trial.

She asks if Biscuit can get some training while he's there. Everybooking asks Jo, Jo says yes, two sessions, and her quote updates.

At nine twenty-two, she books the trial and pays the deposit. Seventeen minutes from a question to a booked, paid stay on your kennel board. You were home with your own dogs.

Friday she gets a reminder for the trial. Biscuit settles in, and the stay goes ahead. On day three her flight changes, she asks for one more night, and Jo approves it from her phone.

The final invoice goes out with the deposit taken off, and she pays before Biscuit is back in the car. Request to paid, and nobody in your office touched it.

6:07Where it came from

Now, where did all this come from? I own Wilderness Edge, a retreat and conference center. Not a kennel or a stable, but every bit as messy to quote.

I used to be on call from early morning until late at night, so I could be the first one to answer every inquiry with a real quote. Today, I have my mornings and evenings back. The first answer goes out without me. Our instant quote funnels and our AI answer nearly every first inquiry, twenty-four seven.

But that was only the first hard part. Once a lead is warm, they have questions. Changes. Details my staff have to check. That used to take me anywhere from twenty minutes to three hours, building spreadsheets, updating the quote, and chasing my team for answers.

Now the twenty-minute ones take one to two minutes. The three-hour ones are done in under ten.

Because I just talk to it. It knows every detail of every deal, and it has over a thousand different tools inside the system to get every detail of every stay right.

I built Everybooking to fix my own problem first. My venue or your kennel, the problem is the same. The first real price wins the booking, and the fastest follow-through keeps it.

7:14Your math

Now let's do your math, not mine. For example, say your average boarding stay comes to two hundred and sixty dollars.

If Everybooking turns just two more requests a week into booked stays, in this example that's over twenty-two hundred dollars a month, before any of them come back for daycare.

Compare that to hiring someone to answer every call and form: about fifty thousand dollars a year with wages and benefits, and they still go home at five.

There are really two ways to grow a kennel, daycare or stable. Buy more leads that still sit for hours. Or win more of the owners already asking, by being the first to answer with a real price.

7:51How we work with you

Here's how it works. We build it with you, in two stages.

Your instant quote funnel is answering requests within days. Within thirty days, your foundation is running. Then we connect the rest of your business, every piece agreed in writing. Outside services you choose, like texting, calling or your AI assistant, are billed separately.

And try it completely risk-free.

If you don't feel the difference in your first thirty days, for any reason at all, we'll give you a full refund of everything you paid Everybooking. No forms, no friction, no questions asked.
