0:00Who this is for

If you run a moving company, a self storage site, a packing service or a junk removal crew, this is for you.

I'll show you how to book more moves from the calls and web requests you already get.

Without hiring another person for the phones, without buying more leads, and without learning a complicated new system. You just talk to it.

You'll simply be the first one to answer every request with a real price, day or night, without waiting on a survey, and the one who follows through until the move is paid.

0:27Why I built it

How do I know this works?

My name is Kevin Penner. I've run service businesses all my life. Powerland Computers. Wilderness Edge. And a few that flopped, which taught me more than the ones that worked.

And for years, we lost work the same way you do. Requests sat overnight. By the time we called back, they'd already booked whoever answered first.

We were paying for ads, then losing those leads to slow callbacks. Not to better companies. To faster ones.

0:55Where the work is really lost

Everybody tells you speed wins. Answer first and you get the move. That's true, but it's only the first five minutes.

Think about where you really lose moves. The estimate that waits for a survey next week. The question nobody answered. The quote that went cold while they compared three others. The family who moved with you once and called someone else next time.

The first reply gets you in the door. The company that handles everything after it wins the move. And the one that keeps showing up gets the call for the next move, and the one after that.

Everyone has access to the same AI. The difference is what it's connected to.

A chatbot knows your website and your rules.

Ours knows that too, plus your trucks and crews, your storage units, your invoices, and every call, text and email, in real time, twenty-four seven.

A chatbot guesses. Everybooking knows.

Let me show you three things that make that possible.

1:451. A funnel that sells and sorts

Number one. A chatbot says hi, asks what they need, asks for both addresses, then offers to book a survey for next week.

Your customer still hasn't seen a single price, and the move is three weeks out. That's not selling. That's a receptionist with a script.

Everybooking's funnel sells what makes you different, and sorts the leads right away. One tap: local move, long distance, into storage, or a single heavy item. Each one sees the right crew, truck and price.

And you choose how price shows up. A fixed price for a standard two-bedroom. Some prices, like your crew's hourly rate, with the rest held for the survey. Or let them build the whole move, room by room, and see the total when they book.

Then you pick the next step: a deposit to lock the date, a video survey, or a phone call. Your best pitch goes to your best leads, and nobody drives across town to survey the wrong one.

Don't take my word for it. Below this video is a real instant quote funnel, built for a business like yours. Try it the way your customer would, and see how fast you get a price.

2:462. Priced in seconds

Number two. Right now some of you are thinking, that's fine for a simple business. Mine's different.

You quote fixed or by the hour. Crew size and truck size. Stairs, long carries and narrow streets. Packing by the room. Pianos, safes and the awkward things. And storage by the month on top.

Most owners believe only a surveyor can price that, after walking through every room. So the estimate takes a week, and the customer books whoever priced it first.

Everybooking prices it in seconds, and gets it right, because it works off the same rates, trucks, crew schedule and rules you do.

You sell four kinds of things, and it tracks all four. Crews and trucks by the hour. Move days. Storage units by size and quantity. And your rules, the same on every quote.

It never promises a crew you don't have, and it never books four moves into a month-end Friday when you've only got three trucks.

And it doesn't stop at the first quote. They ask what it costs if you pack the kitchen too, it sends a second option. They say yes on Sunday afternoon, and the deposit is in your account five minutes later.

So no, your company isn't too complicated for this. Your company is exactly what this was built for.

3:543. Your office, done by talking

Number three. The paperwork after the trucks come back: invoices, crew schedules, storage billing every month, the numbers your bookkeeper wants.

Now you just talk to it like you'd talk to your office manager, and it does the work. Add a third mover to the Patel move and text them the new total. Send unit fourteen next month's storage invoice. Give me every move booked for the last week of the month.

Not advice. The actual work. Like an office manager who knows every move, every unit and every customer, and never goes home.

It even answers your phone when you can't. It takes the message and puts it on your dashboard as a new move.

Turn on auto-reply, and it gets back to them with a price they can book and pay. You choose which moves it handles on its own, like anything under three thousand dollars.

And you stay in charge. Turn on approval to see every quote first. The tricky ones, like a grand piano up three flights or a damage claim, come straight to you.

When it needs an answer only your team has, it asks the right person. Your crew lead replies from his phone between loads, and the customer gets a proper answer.

When the move's done, it keeps showing up. A thank-you. A follow-up on the storage unit they asked about. A note when their lease is nearly up. One move becomes the next one too.

5:09One job, start to finish

Let me show you one move, start to finish, in a demo moving company set up like yours. Twelve thirty on a Wednesday, a customer on her lunch break needs a three-bedroom move on the thirtieth.

She taps local move, picks three bedrooms, adds packing for the kitchen, and hits get my price.

Nine seconds later, she has a real fixed price, a crew at eight on the thirtieth, and the last crew free that day is held for her.

She asks if the crew can take her upright piano too. Everybooking asks Luis, your crew lead. Luis says yes, and her quote updates.

At twelve forty-four, she books and pays the deposit. Fourteen minutes from first tap to a booked, paid move on your board, without a survey. Your crews were out on three other moves.

The day before, she gets a reminder with the crew's arrival time. On move day, Luis finds a garage full of boxes nobody mentioned, adds an hour from his phone, and she approves the change right there.

The final invoice goes out with the deposit taken off, and she pays before the last box is through the door. Form to paid, and nobody in your office touched it.

6:13Where it came from

Now, where did all this come from? I own Wilderness Edge, a retreat and conference center. Not moving, but every bit as messy to quote.

I used to be on call from early morning until late at night, so I could be the first one to answer every inquiry with a real quote. Today, I have my mornings and evenings back. The first answer goes out without me. Our instant quote funnels and our AI answer nearly every first inquiry, twenty-four seven.

But that was only the first hard part. Once a lead is warm, they have questions. Changes. Details my staff have to check. That used to take me anywhere from twenty minutes to three hours, building spreadsheets, updating the quote, and chasing my team for answers.

Now the twenty-minute ones take one to two minutes. The three-hour ones are done in under ten.

Because I just talk to it. It knows every detail of every deal, and it has over a thousand different tools inside the system to get every detail of every move right.

I built Everybooking to fix my own problem first. My venue or your moving company, the problem is the same. The first real price wins the move, and the fastest follow-through keeps it.

7:17Your math

Now let's do your math, not mine. For example, say your average move is fourteen hundred dollars.

If Everybooking turns just two more requests a week into booked moves, in this example that's over twelve thousand dollars a month, before a single storage unit or repeat customer.

Compare that to hiring someone to answer every call and form: about fifty thousand dollars a year with wages and benefits, and they still go home at five.

There are really two ways to grow a moving company. Buy more leads that still wait a week for a survey. Or win more of the leads you already get, by being the first to answer with a real price.

7:52How we work with you

Here's how it works. We build it with you, in two stages.

Your instant quote funnel is answering requests within days. Within thirty days, your foundation is running. Then we connect the rest of your company, every piece agreed in writing. Outside services you choose, like texting, calling or your AI assistant, are billed separately.

And try it completely risk-free.

If you don't feel the difference in your first thirty days, for any reason at all, we'll give you a full refund of everything you paid Everybooking. No forms, no friction, no questions asked.
