0:00Who this is for

If you run boat rentals, fishing charters, yacht charters or a marina, this is for you.

I'll show you how to book more trips and rentals from the calls and web requests you already get.

Without hiring another person to sit by the phone, without buying more leads, and without learning a complicated new system. You just talk to it.

You'll simply be the first one to answer every request with a real price, even while you're out on the water, and the one who follows through until the trip is paid.

0:27Why I built it

How do I know this works?

My name is Kevin Penner. I've run service businesses all my life. Powerland Computers. Wilderness Edge. And a few that flopped, which taught me more than the ones that worked.

And for years, we lost work the same way you do. Requests sat while we were busy with the guests in front of us. By the time we called back, they'd booked whoever answered first.

We were paying for ads, then losing those leads to slow callbacks. Not to better boats. To faster replies.

0:56Where the work is really lost

Everybody tells you speed wins. Answer first and you get the trip. That's true, but it's only the first five minutes.

Think about where you really lose trips. The charter quote that takes two days. The weather question nobody answered. The group outing that went cold. The family who rented once and went to another dock next summer.

The first reply gets you in the door. The operator who handles everything after it wins the trip. And the one who keeps showing up gets them back every summer.

Everyone has access to the same AI. The difference is what it's connected to.

A chatbot knows your website and your rules.

Ours knows that too, plus your boats, your crew's schedule, your invoices, and every call, text and email, in real time, twenty-four seven.

A chatbot guesses. Everybooking knows.

Let me show you three things that make that possible.

1:441. A funnel that sells and sorts

Number one. A chatbot says hi, asks what they need, asks what date they want, then asks if they'd like a call back.

Your customer still hasn't seen a single price. That's not selling. That's a receptionist with a script.

Everybooking's funnel sells what makes you different, and sorts the leads right away. One tap: a self-drive rental, a skippered charter, a fishing trip, or the whole boat for a group. Each one sees the right boats and price.

And you choose how price shows up. The full price for rentals by the hour. Some prices, with the rest held back for the big charters. Or let them build the whole day, boat, crew and food, and see the total when they book.

Then you pick the next step: a deposit to hold the boat, a call with the captain, or a booked meeting for the big charters. The rentals pay on the spot, and the big ones get your time.

Don't take my word for it. Below this video is a real instant quote funnel, built for a business like yours. Try it the way your customer would, and see how fast you get a price.

2:422. Priced in seconds

Number two. Right now some of you are thinking, that's fine for a simple business. Mine's different.

You've got boats by the hour and by the day. Fuel by the engine-hour. Captains and crew. Food by the head. A headcount that decides how many boats go out. And weather that can wipe out a Saturday.

Most owners believe only they can price that, standing on the dock with the phone in one hand. So the quote takes a day or two, and the group books the next marina over.

Everybooking prices it in seconds, and gets it right, because it works off the same rates, boats, capacity and rules you do.

You sell four kinds of things, and it tracks all four. Boats and gear by quantity. Time on the water by the hour. Day charters and longer trips by the day. And your rules, the same on every quote.

It never books a boat that's already out, or more people than the boat can carry, and it never loses a trip because nobody checked the dock sheet.

And it doesn't stop at the first quote. They ask about a captain, it sends a second option with one aboard. They say yes at eleven at night, and the deposit is in your account at five past.

So no, your operation isn't too complicated for this. Your operation is exactly what this was built for.

3:523. Your office, done by talking

Number three. The work after the boats come in: invoices, weather reschedules, group charter quotes, the numbers your bookkeeper wants.

Now you just talk to it like you'd talk to your office manager, and it does the work. Move the Larsens to Sunday at nine and text them. Send the Hoffman reunion their invoice with the extra hour. Give me July's boat-hours by boat.

Not advice. The actual work. Like an office manager who knows every boat, every price and every customer, and never goes home.

It even answers your phone when you can't. It takes the message and puts it on your dashboard as a new trip request.

Turn on auto-reply, and it gets back to them with a price they can book and pay. You choose which trips it handles on its own, like anything under two thousand dollars.

And you stay in charge. Turn on approval to see every quote first. The tricky ones, like a bent prop or an unhappy customer, come straight to you.

When it needs an answer only your team has, it asks the right person. Your captain replies from the dock between trips, and the customer gets a proper answer.

When the boats are back, it keeps showing up. A thank-you. A follow-up on the fishing trip they didn't book. A reminder when next summer's dates open. One rental becomes a family that's back every year.

5:04One job, start to finish

Let me show you one trip, start to finish, in a demo boat livery set up like yours. Nine fifty on a Wednesday night, a woman is planning her family reunion on the lake.

She taps four hours, enters twenty people for Saturday, adds coolers and a tube, and hits get my price.

Six seconds later, she has a real price. Twenty people means two tritoons, and both boats are held for her.

She asks if her dad's dog can come along. Everybooking asks Ray at the dock, Ray says yes, with a dog life jacket, and she has her answer before bed.

At ten fourteen, she books and pays the deposit. Twenty-four minutes from first tap to two boats booked and paid. You were asleep for most of it.

Saturday morning she gets a reminder with the time and where to park. Out on the lake, they want one more hour. Ray adds it from his phone, and she approves the change right there.

The final invoice goes out with the deposit taken off, and she pays before the boats are tied up. Form to paid, and nobody at your dock touched it.

6:03Where it came from

Now, where did all this come from? I own Wilderness Edge, a retreat and conference center. Not boats, but every bit as messy to quote.

I used to be on call from early morning until late at night, so I could be the first one to answer every inquiry with a real quote. Today, I have my mornings and evenings back. The first answer goes out without me. Our instant quote funnels and our AI answer nearly every first inquiry, twenty-four seven.

But that was only the first hard part. Once a lead is warm, they have questions. Changes. Details my staff have to check. That used to take me anywhere from twenty minutes to three hours, building spreadsheets, updating the quote, and chasing my team for answers.

Now the twenty-minute ones take one to two minutes. The three-hour ones are done in under ten.

Because I just talk to it. It knows every detail of every deal, and it has over a thousand different tools inside the system to get every detail of every trip right.

I built Everybooking to fix my own problem first. My venue or your operation, the problem is the same. The first real price wins the trip, and the fastest follow-through keeps it.

7:09Your math

Now let's do your math, not mine. For example, say your average trip or charter is eight hundred dollars.

If Everybooking turns just two more requests a week into trips, in this example that's almost seven thousand dollars a month, before the families that come back.

Compare that to hiring someone to answer every call and form: about fifty thousand dollars a year with wages and benefits, and they still go home at five.

There are really two ways to grow a charter or rental business. Buy more leads that still sit until you're back at the dock. Or win more of the leads you already get, by being the first to answer with a real price.

7:44How we work with you

Here's how it works. We build it with you, in two stages.

Your instant quote funnel is answering requests within days. Within thirty days, your foundation is running. Then we connect the rest of your business, every piece agreed in writing. Outside services you choose, like texting, calling or your AI assistant, are billed separately.

And try it completely risk-free.

If you don't feel the difference in your first thirty days, for any reason at all, we'll give you a full refund of everything you paid Everybooking. No forms, no friction, no questions asked.
