0:00Who this is for

If you run a plumbing, heating, electrical or home service company, this is for you.

I'll show you how to book more jobs from the calls and web requests you already get.

Without hiring another person for the phones, without buying more leads, and without learning a complicated new system. You just talk to it.

You'll simply be the first one to answer every request with a real price, day or night, and the one who follows through until the job is paid.

0:24Why I built it

How do I know this works?

My name is Kevin Penner. I've run service businesses all my life. Powerland Computers. Wilderness Edge. And a few that flopped, which taught me more than the ones that worked.

And for years, we lost work the same way you do. Requests sat overnight. By the time we called back, they'd already booked whoever answered first.

We were paying for ads, then losing those leads to slow callbacks. Not to better companies. To faster ones.

0:51Where the work is really lost

Everybody tells you speed wins. Answer first and you get the job. That's true, but it's only the first five minutes.

Think about where you really lose jobs. The quote that takes two days. The question nobody answered. The estimate that went cold. The customer who used you once and called someone else next time.

The first reply gets you in the door. The company that handles everything after it wins the job. And the one that keeps showing up gets the call for the next twenty years.

Everyone has access to the same AI. The difference is what it's connected to.

A chatbot knows your website and your rules.

Ours knows that too, plus your stock, your schedule, your invoices, and every call, text and email, in real time, twenty-four seven.

A chatbot guesses. Everybooking knows.

Let me show you three things that make that possible.

1:391. A funnel that sells and sorts

Number one. A chatbot says hi, asks what they need, asks for their address, then asks if they'd like a call back.

Your homeowner still hasn't seen a single price. That's not selling. That's a receptionist with a script.

Everybooking's funnel sells what makes you different, and sorts the leads right away. One tap: emergency, repair, replacement or maintenance. Each one sees the right options and price.

And you choose how price shows up. The full price for standard jobs. Some prices, with the rest held back. Or let them build the whole project and see the total when they book the estimate.

Then you pick the next step: a booked estimate, a phone call, or a deposit. Your best pitch goes to your best leads, and nobody wastes a call on the wrong one.

Don't take my word for it. Below this video is a real instant quote funnel, built for a business like yours. Try it the way your customer would, and see how fast you get a price.

2:332. Priced in seconds

Number two. Right now some of you are thinking, that's fine for a simple business. Mine's different.

You've got a flat-rate price book with hundreds of items. After-hours rates. Trip charges by zone. Permits by town. Plan members. And techs whose day changes with every emergency.

Most owners believe only they can price that, after a site visit. So the quote takes a day or two, and the homeowner keeps calling around.

Everybooking prices it in seconds, and gets it right, because it works off the same price book, stock, schedule and rules you do.

You sell four kinds of things, and it tracks all four. Parts by quantity. Your techs' time slots. Crew days for bigger jobs. And your rules, the same on every quote.

It never promises a part you don't have, and it never loses a job because nobody checked the board.

And it doesn't stop at the first quote. They ask about tankless, it sends a second option. They say yes at ten at night, and the deposit is in your account at five past.

So no, your shop isn't too complicated for this. Your shop is exactly what this was built for.

3:353. Your office, done by talking

Number three. The paperwork after the trucks come in: invoices, schedule changes, property manager quotes, the numbers your bookkeeper wants.

Now you just talk to it like you'd talk to your office manager, and it does the work. Move Dave's eight o'clock to Mike and text the customer. Send the Hendersons their invoice with the valve added. Give me last month's jobs by tech.

Not advice. The actual work. Like an office manager who knows every job, every price and every customer, and never goes home.

It even answers your phone when you can't. It takes the message and puts it on your dashboard as a new job.

Turn on auto-reply, and it gets back to them with a price they can book and pay. You choose which jobs it handles on its own, like anything under two thousand dollars.

And you stay in charge. Turn on approval to see every quote first. The tricky ones, like a flooded basement or an unhappy customer, come straight to you.

When it needs an answer only your team has, it asks the right person. Your tech replies from his phone between jobs, and the customer gets a proper answer.

When the job's done, it keeps showing up. A thank-you. A follow-up on the estimate they didn't book. A reminder when the water heater flush is due. One job becomes a customer for twenty years.

4:46One job, start to finish

Let me show you one job, start to finish, in a demo shop set up like yours. Nine forty on a Tuesday night, a homeowner's water heater is leaking.

She taps replacement, picks a fifty-gallon gas tank, adds her address, and hits get my price.

Six seconds later, she has a real price, a tech at eight tomorrow morning, and the tank on the shelf is held for her.

She asks if you can take out the old water softener too. Everybooking asks Dave, Dave says yes, and her quote updates.

At two minutes past ten, she books and pays the deposit. Twenty-two minutes from leaking to a booked, paid job on your board. You were asleep for most of it.

The next morning she gets a reminder that Dave is on his way. On the job, he finds a corroded gas shutoff, adds it from his phone, and she approves the change right there.

The final invoice goes out with the deposit taken off, and she pays before Dave's back in the truck. Form to paid, and nobody in your office touched it.

5:40Where it came from

Now, where did all this come from? I own Wilderness Edge, a retreat and conference center. Not plumbing, but every bit as messy to quote.

I used to be on call from early morning until late at night, so I could be the first one to answer every inquiry with a real quote. Today, I have my mornings and evenings back. The first answer goes out without me. Our instant quote funnels and our AI answer nearly every first inquiry, twenty-four seven.

But that was only the first hard part. Once a lead is warm, they have questions. Changes. Details my staff have to check. That used to take me anywhere from twenty minutes to three hours, building spreadsheets, updating the quote, and chasing my team for answers.

Now the twenty-minute ones take one to two minutes. The three-hour ones are done in under ten.

Because I just talk to it. It knows every detail of every deal, and it has over a thousand different tools inside the system to get every detail of your job right.

I built Everybooking to fix my own problem first. My venue or your shop, the problem is the same. The first real price wins the job, and the fastest follow-through keeps it.

6:45Your math

Now let's do your math, not mine. For example, say your average service call is six hundred and fifty dollars.

If Everybooking turns just two more requests a week into jobs, in this example that's over five thousand dollars a month, before repeat customers.

Compare that to hiring someone to answer every call and form: about fifty thousand dollars a year with wages and benefits, and they still go home at five.

There are really two ways to grow a home service company. Buy more leads that still sit for hours. Or win more of the leads you already get, by being the first to answer with a real price.

7:18How we work with you

Here's how it works. We build it with you, in two stages.

Your instant quote funnel is answering requests within days. Within thirty days, your foundation is running. Then we connect the rest of your shop, every piece agreed in writing. Outside services you choose, like texting, calling or your AI assistant, are billed separately.

And try it completely risk-free.

If you don't feel the difference in your first thirty days, for any reason at all, we'll give you a full refund of everything you paid Everybooking. No forms, no friction, no questions asked.
