0:00Who this is for

If you remodel kitchens and baths, build decks, finish basements, or run a construction company, this is for you.

I'll show you how to book more projects from the calls and web requests you already get.

Without hiring another person for the phones, without buying more leads, and without learning a complicated new system. You just talk to it.

You'll simply be the first one to answer every request with a real starting price, day or night, then book the site visit, and follow through until the project is paid.

0:27Why I built it

How do I know this works?

My name is Kevin Penner. I've run service businesses all my life. Powerland Computers. Wilderness Edge. And a few that flopped, which taught me more than the ones that worked.

And for years, we lost work the same way you do. Requests sat for days. By the time we got back to them, they'd already gone with whoever answered first.

We were paying for ads, then losing those leads to slow callbacks. Not to better companies. To faster ones.

0:54Where the work is really lost

Everybody tells you speed wins. Answer first and you get the project. That's true, but it's only the first five minutes.

Think about where you really lose projects. The estimate that takes a week. The permit question nobody answered. The site visit that never got booked. The family who did the kitchen with you and the bathroom with someone else.

The first reply gets you in the door. The company that handles everything after it wins the project. And the one that keeps showing up gets the next room, the deck, and the neighbors' kitchen too.

Everyone has access to the same AI. The difference is what it's connected to.

A chatbot knows your website and your rules.

Ours knows that too, plus your price sheets, your crew schedule, your estimates and invoices, and every call, text and email, in real time, twenty-four seven.

A chatbot guesses. Everybooking knows.

Let me show you three things that make that possible.

1:461. A funnel that sells and sorts

Number one. A chatbot says hi, asks what they're planning, tells them every project is different, then asks if they'd like a call back.

Your homeowner still has no idea if it's a twenty thousand dollar kitchen or a sixty thousand dollar one. That's not selling. That's a receptionist with a script.

Everybooking's funnel sells what makes you different, and sorts the leads right away. One tap: same layout with new finishes, moving walls, adding a room, or building outside. Each one sees the right options and starting price.

And you choose how price shows up. Full prices for simple jobs, like a deck or a run of railing. Starting figures, with the rest held for the site visit. Or let them build the whole project and see the total when they book the visit.

Then you pick the next step: a booked site visit, a design consultation, or a deposit to hold a spot in your schedule. Your best pitch goes to your best leads, and your estimator never drives an hour to a tire kicker.

Don't take my word for it. Below this video is a real instant quote funnel, built for a business like yours. Try it the way your customer would, and see how fast you get a price.

2:502. Priced in seconds

Number two. Right now some of you are thinking, that's fine for a simple business. Mine's different.

You price cabinets by the linear foot at three grades. Counters by the square foot. Stairs by the step. Permits and drawings. Allowances for what they haven't picked. And crews whose schedule moves every time an inspection does.

Most owners believe only they can price that, after measuring it themselves. So the estimate takes a week, and the homeowner collects three more bids.

Everybooking prices it in seconds, and gets it right, because it works off the same price sheets, grades, allowances and rules you do.

You sell four kinds of things, and it tracks all four. Materials by quantity. Your estimators' time slots for site visits. Crew days for the build. And your rules, the same on every estimate.

It never promises a start date your crews can't make, and it never loses a project because nobody got back with the numbers.

And it doesn't stop at the first estimate. They ask about custom cabinets, it sends a second option. They say yes at ten at night, and the site visit is on your estimator's schedule at five past.

So no, your company isn't too complicated for this. Your company is exactly what this was built for.

3:563. Your office, done by talking

Number three. The paperwork after the crews pack up: progress invoices, schedule changes when an inspection slips, bids for builders and property managers, the numbers your bookkeeper wants.

Now you just talk to it like you'd talk to your office manager, and it does the work. Move the Parkers' tile start to Monday and text them. Send the Lees their invoice for the framing stage. Give me every open estimate over twenty thousand.

Not advice. The actual work. Like an office manager who knows every project, every price and every homeowner, and never goes home.

It even answers your phone when you can't. It takes the message and puts it on your dashboard as a new lead.

Turn on auto-reply, and it gets back to them with a price they can book and pay. You choose which projects it handles on its own, like anything under five thousand dollars.

And you stay in charge. Turn on approval to see every estimate first. The tricky ones, like moving a load-bearing wall or an unhappy client, come straight to you.

When it needs an answer only your team has, it asks the right person. Your lead carpenter replies from her phone on the job site, and the homeowner gets a proper answer.

When the project's done, it keeps showing up. A thank-you. A follow-up on the basement they priced but didn't book. A reminder when the warranty check is due. One kitchen becomes a client for twenty years.

5:16One job, start to finish

Let me show you one project, start to finish, in a demo company set up like yours. Nine fifteen on a Sunday night, a homeowner wants a new deck off her kitchen door.

She taps raised deck, picks composite, enters sixteen by twenty, chooses black aluminum railing, and hits get my price.

Seconds later, she has a real price, with railing, stairs, footings and the permit on it, plus a site visit with your estimator on Thursday afternoon.

She asks if the stairs can come down the side instead of the front. Everybooking asks Mike, Mike says yes, and her estimate updates.

At nine thirty-one, she books Thursday's site visit. Sixteen minutes from an idea to a booked visit on your estimator's schedule. You were watching the game.

Thursday, Mike confirms the measurements and she pays the deposit from her phone. On build day she gets a reminder the crew's on the way. They find a rotted ledger board, add the repair from a phone, and she approves it right there.

The final invoice goes out with the deposit taken off, and she pays it the day the railing goes on. Form to paid, and nobody in your office typed a single number.

6:20Where it came from

Now, where did all this come from? I own Wilderness Edge, a retreat and conference center. It isn't construction, but it's every bit as messy to quote.

I used to be on call from early morning until late at night, so I could be the first one to answer every inquiry with a real quote. Today, I have my mornings and evenings back. The first answer goes out without me. Our instant quote funnels and our AI answer nearly every first inquiry, twenty-four seven.

But that was only the first hard part. Once a lead is warm, they have questions. Changes. Details my staff have to check. That used to take me anywhere from twenty minutes to three hours, building spreadsheets, updating the quote, and chasing my team for answers.

Now the twenty-minute ones take one to two minutes. The three-hour ones are done in under ten.

Because I just talk to it. It knows every detail of every deal, and it has over a thousand different tools inside the system to get every detail of every project right.

I built Everybooking to fix my own problem first. My venue or your company, the problem is the same. The first real price wins the project, and the fastest follow-through keeps it.

7:27Your math

Now let's do your math, not mine. For example, say your average project is eight thousand five hundred dollars.

If Everybooking turns just two more requests a week into paid projects, in this example that's over seventy-three thousand dollars a month in new work, before repeat clients and referrals.

Compare that to hiring someone to answer every call and form: about fifty thousand dollars a year with wages and benefits, and they still go home at five.

There are really two ways to grow a remodeling or construction company. Buy more leads that still wait a week for an estimate. Or win more of the leads you already get, by being first with a real price and a booked site visit.

8:04How we work with you

Here's how it works. We build it with you, in two stages.

Your instant quote funnel is answering requests within days. Within thirty days, your foundation is running. Then we connect the rest of your company, every piece agreed in writing. Outside services you choose, like texting, calling or your AI assistant, are billed separately.

And try it completely risk-free.

If you don't feel the difference in your first thirty days, for any reason at all, we'll give you a full refund of everything you paid Everybooking. No forms, no friction, no questions asked.
