Disconnecting Google and deleting your data

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This page is for businesses that connected Gmail or Google Calendar to Everybooking. It explains how to end that connection, how to remove Everybooking’s access from your Google account, and how to have the data we hold deleted. What we access and why is set out in Section 13 of our Privacy Policy.

1. Disconnect in Everybooking

  1. Sign in to Everybooking and open the Integrations page.
  2. Find the Gmail or Google Calendar card and choose Disconnect next to the Google account you want to remove.

When you disconnect:

  • We stop reading that mailbox or calendar straight away and delete the access tokens we held for it.
  • We ask Google to end Everybooking’s access to that Google account. Google ends all of it at once, so if the same Google account is still connected for something else (for example its calendar, after you disconnect its Gmail), we keep that access until you disconnect the last one.

2. Remove Everybooking from your Google account

You can also end our access from Google’s side at any time, whether or not you have disconnected in Everybooking:

  1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions and sign in with the Google account you connected.
  2. Choose Everybooking from the list of third-party apps.
  3. Remove its access.

After this, Everybooking can no longer read your mail or calendar.

3. What stays after a disconnect

  • Emails already imported stay in your Everybooking inbox, with the customer records they belong to, until you delete them or delete your business.
  • Meetings Everybooking added to your Google Calendar stay in your calendar. You can delete them in Google Calendar.
  • Nothing in your Gmail is changed by disconnecting. We never delete, move, or relabel your Gmail messages.

4. Have your data deleted

  • Just the Google data. To have the data we hold from your Google account deleted, such as imported emails, email [email protected] from the account owner’s address and tell us which Google account it is. We delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
  • The whole business. The account owner can delete the business from its account settings (Delete account). The business closes at once, and everything in it is deleted in the background: bookings, customers, emails, files and their history, and its connections to other services, including Google. If the business pays for a plan, cancel the plan in Billing first.

Deleted data can remain in our encrypted backups until they are overwritten, as described in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy.
