Multi-Line Quote

A quote broken into individual priced line items, packages, add-ons, per-person costs, fees, rather than a single blended number.

A multi-line quote shows the customer the structure of their price: the base package, each add-on, the per-person costs, the fees, the deposit terms, each as its own line. The opposite is a single blended figure with no breakdown.

Multi-line quotes do two jobs at once. They build trust, because the customer can see exactly what they're paying for. And they create natural upsell openings, because an itemized quote makes it obvious where an extra is available.

They're also what makes a quote maintainable. When the customer changes the guest count or swaps an add-on, a multi-line quote updates the affected lines, a blended number forces a full rebuild.
