FAQ

RingCentral Events FAQ.

Is RingCentral Events / Hopin the right tool for me?
Yes if you're running virtual or hybrid conferences with 50–50,000 attendees, where Reception, Stage, Sessions, Networking, and Expo areas are the product. RingCentral acquired Hopin Events in 2023 and that's still its core strength. Switch to Everybooking if you're an in-person venue, retreat center, or conference hotel hosting those events, where the bookings are the bottleneck, not the virtual stage.
Pricing comparison?
RingCentral Events starts at $99/organizer/mo paid annually, with higher tiers around $199 and $299/organizer/mo adding onsite capabilities, advanced integrations, APIs, and premium support. Everybooking is $147/mo DIY ($1,764/yr) or $297/mo Done-For-You with the build fee waived for Founding Customers, flat, no per-organizer seat cost.
What's different at the product level?
RingCentral Events is built for the virtual + hybrid attendee experience: live streams, breakout rooms, expo booths, 1:1 video networking, AI Writer for landing pages. Everybooking is built for the physical venue selling space: instant multi-line quote, AI phone capture, attendee cascade for room blocks, signed contracts. The two products run in parallel on different problems.
Can I run both?
Yes. The hybrid event organizer uses RingCentral Events for the virtual stage. The in-person venue uses Everybooking to book the live audience's lodging, meals, and meeting space. Don't double-pay, the buyer profiles are different.
