Everybooking vs. Glofox
Glofox (now ABC Glofox) is all-in-one software for gyms and studios: class and appointment booking, memberships, billing, a branded member app, check-in and reporting. For running a membership business it is very good at its job. Everybooking does something narrower: when the price depends on what the customer picks, it gives them an exact, itemized price in seconds, right on your website. Corporate wellness programs, private group sessions, events and training packages are where that matters. Honest comparison below, including where Glofox wins outright.
What Glofox does well.
- Class and appointment scheduling in one place, with automatic waitlists that fill cancelled spots, booking windows, capacity limits, late-cancel and no-show fees, and spot selection from a room map.
- Member management, billing and payments, including failed-payment handling, plus check-in, kiosks and door-access integration. Everybooking has nothing comparable for running memberships.
- A custom branded member app and a website widget, so members book from your brand. Its plans page lists the branded app as an add-on on Essential and Boost and included on Elite.
- AI agents that answer calls and texts, follow up with leads by phone, text and email, and chat with website visitors, with staff able to take over at any point. Plus reporting and multi-location tools.
If your business is memberships, class packs and a busy schedule, Glofox is built for exactly that and you should keep it.
Where they differ.
- 01.Memberships and classes vs custom-priced requests. Glofox is built around set offers: memberships, classes, appointments and courses. When a company asks what a 12-week wellness program for 40 staff costs, or a group wants a private session with add-ons, the price depends on their answers. Glofox's plans page lists booking, memberships, payments and lead capture forms; we didn't see a quote builder for this kind of work.
- 02.An exact price before the first conversation. Everybooking's Instant Quote Funnel asks a few short questions, then shows an itemized price in seconds and offers the next step right there: a deposit, a call, or a visit. The quote is also emailed, and the lead lands in the dashboard with what they picked and which ad or link it came from.
- 03.AI pointed at a different job. Glofox's AI agents are aimed at turning leads into bookings and members. Everybooking's AI, which comes with a Full Setup, is aimed at the quote: it drafts replies to email and text inquiries for your approval, and its GPT-Live-1 phone agent answers questions, checks availability, prepares quotes and takes messages.
- 04.Signed and paid on the same quote. For a custom package, Everybooking puts e-signature, a deposit and a payment schedule (through Stripe or Square) on the quote itself, with reminders. That suits one-off and project-style sales more than a recurring membership.
Should you even switch?
For most studios the honest answer is: don't switch. Glofox runs the membership business, the class schedule, check-in, billing and the member app, and Everybooking does none of those things. If nearly everything you sell has a set price, you may not need Everybooking at all.
Where Everybooking earns its place is the work Glofox wasn't built to price: corporate wellness programs, private and group training packages, retreats and one-off events, where the price depends on what the customer picks. Keep Glofox for members, and add Everybooking as the instant-quote front door for that custom work.

Glofox's plans page says plans start at $99 per month and lists Essential, Boost, Elite and Enterprise without a price for each tier; prices are as published on October 19, 2026, and plans change, so ask Glofox for a written quote. Capability rows reflect each product's own pages as of October 2026 and are written to be checkable, not flattering. Correct us if a row is out of date.
Keep Glofox for your members. Put an instant-quote funnel in front of your custom work, like corporate programs, private groups and events, and see how many more of those inquiries turn into deposits.

Glofox FAQ.
- How much does Glofox cost?
- Glofox's plans page (checked October 19, 2026) says plans start at $99 per month. It lists four tiers, Essential, Boost, Elite and Enterprise, but doesn't show a price for each one; Enterprise is a custom plan for multi-location and franchise businesses that you contact them about. Some extras, such as the branded app on the lower tiers, are listed as add-ons. Ask Glofox for a written quote for your locations and add-ons.
- Is Everybooking a Glofox alternative?
- Only for one part of the job. Everybooking has no class schedule, no membership billing, no check-in and no member app, so it can't replace Glofox for a membership business. It is an alternative for the custom-priced side: when a customer's price depends on what they pick, Everybooking gives them an exact, itemized quote in seconds and takes the deposit.
- Can I run Glofox and Everybooking together?
- Yes, and for most studios that is the setup that makes sense. Glofox keeps running memberships, classes and billing. Everybooking sits on your website, ads and links for the custom requests, such as corporate wellness, private groups, events and rentals, and gets those quoted, signed and paid. There is no direct integration between the two today, so a won package is entered into Glofox by hand if it needs to be.
- Glofox has AI agents too. What's different?
- Glofox's AI agents answer calls and texts, chat with website visitors and follow up with leads to get them booked or signed up. Everybooking's AI, which comes with a Full Setup, is built around the quote: it drafts replies to email and text inquiries for staff approval, and its GPT-Live-1 phone agent answers questions, checks availability, prepares quotes and takes messages. Which one matters more depends on whether you sell set memberships or custom packages.
- What does Everybooking cost compared to Glofox?
- Everybooking starts with an Instant Quote Funnel we build for you: $97 a month plus $297 setup, or $970 a year with setup included, with a 30-day money-back guarantee on the funnel. A full setup of the whole system, including AI replies to emails and texts and AI phone answering, is priced to your business on a short call. Glofox's plans start at $99 a month per its plans page. The two cover different jobs, so compare them against what each one is replacing.
