Comparison

Everybooking vs. Boulevard

Boulevard is a polished platform for appointment-based self-care businesses: salons, spas, medspas, barbers, massage and nail studios. Its scheduling, client experience, point of sale and memberships are built for a busy, premium front desk. Everybooking does a different job. When a client wants a package built around them, like a bridal party, a group spa day or a corporate event, it shows them an exact, itemized price in seconds, on your own website, and takes the deposit right there. What Boulevard does well.

  • Precision Scheduling, which builds in processing, finishing and cleaning time and promotes your best open times so the book stays full with fewer gaps, plus online self-booking for clients.
  • An all-in-one point of sale with payments, Buy Now Pay Later, memberships, loyalty, marketing and text messaging in one place.
  • Forms and charts, ePrescribe for medspas, reporting, APIs and integrations, with HIPAA, SOC 2 and PCI Level 1 compliance listed on its site.
  • Beau, an AI receptionist that answers your existing number around the clock, handles routine questions, sends a booking link for the service the caller wants, and hands off to staff or takes a message.

If your business is a premium daily book of services from a menu, Boulevard is built for exactly that and you should keep it.

Where Boulevard Leaves a Gap

The 3 specific differences.

  1. 01.Menu services, not custom packages. Boulevard's self-booking is built around choosing services from your menu, each with its own price and time. When a bride asks what hair and makeup for eight people, a trial and travel to the venue will cost, someone on your team still works out the total. Everybooking's funnel asks those questions and shows the itemized total in seconds.
  2. 02.Group bookings are a guest list, not a quote. In Boulevard, group booking lets a client book several guests at once through the self-booking overlay, and forms go to the client who booked. For a party or an event, the client usually wants one priced proposal first. Everybooking prices the whole group as one quote, gets it e-signed, and takes a deposit with a payment schedule through Stripe or Square.
  3. 03.On the phone: a link vs a price. When a caller is ready to book, Beau sends an appointment link for the service they asked for, which works well for menu services. Everybooking's AI phone answering, which comes with a Full Setup and is built on GPT-Live-1, answers questions, checks availability, prepares a quote and takes a message, which matters when the caller is asking what a custom package will cost.
First, the honest question

Should you even switch?

For most Boulevard users the honest answer is: don't switch, add. Keep Boulevard for the daily book, checkout, memberships and the client experience your regulars know. Put Everybooking in front of the bookings your menu doesn't fit well, like bridal and event parties, group spa days and corporate wellness events, where the client wants a real total before they commit.

A full switch only makes sense if most of your revenue comes from that kind of custom, quoted booking and very little from everyday appointments. Everybooking is not a point of sale and has no medical charting or ePrescribe, so a salon, spa or medspa with a full daily schedule should stay on Boulevard.

FAQ

Boulevard FAQ.

How much does Boulevard cost?
Per Boulevard's pricing page, checked October 19, 2026, billed monthly: Essentials is $159 a month for one location with up to 5 providers; Premier is $260 a month per location with unlimited professionals; Prestige is $364 a month per location and adds Forms, more texts and emails, and more storage. Billed annually, the same plans show as $143, $234 and $328 a month. Premier and Prestige were at a limited-time fall price for new customers (normally $325 and $455 monthly). Enterprise is custom. Add-ons such as Forms (from $65 a month per location) and QuickBooks ($45 a month per location) are extra, and payment processing rates are not published. Beau, the AI receptionist, is $125 a month per location with 200 minutes included.
Is Everybooking a Boulevard alternative?
Only for one part of the business. Everybooking has no point of sale, no memberships and no medical charting, so it does not replace Boulevard for everyday appointments. It is an alternative for the bookings a service menu doesn't fit well: parties, events and packages where the price depends on what the client picks. For those, it shows an exact, itemized price in seconds and takes the deposit.
Can I run Boulevard and Everybooking together?
Yes, and that's the setup we'd suggest. Boulevard keeps the daily schedule, checkout and memberships. Everybooking sits on your website, ads and QR codes for the custom requests, sends the quote, gets it signed and takes the deposit. There is no direct Boulevard integration today. Both products have Zapier apps (Everybooking's is included with a Full Setup), so a won booking can create the client in Boulevard automatically; putting the appointment on your Boulevard calendar is still a manual step.
Does Everybooking do appointment scheduling like Boulevard?
Not in the same way. Everybooking is built for bookings priced from what the customer picks, not for filling a team's calendar with appointments and processing time. After the quote, the client can book a visit, a consultation or a call, but if your core need is a full daily book, Boulevard's scheduling is the stronger tool.
What does Everybooking cost compared to Boulevard?
Everybooking starts with an Instant Quote Funnel we build for you: $97 a month plus $297 setup, or $970 a year with setup included, with a 30-day money-back guarantee on the funnel. A full setup of the whole system, including AI replies to emails and texts and AI phone answering, is priced to your business on a short call. Boulevard publishes its own plan prices, so compare the two pages and weigh what each one is doing for you.
