Everybooking started as the tool Kevin Penner needed for the retreat center he founded. It became the Instant Group Quote Platform for venues, conference hotels, retreats, tours, equipment rentals, and service businesses.
Powerland, Wilderness Edge, Everybooking
Kevin Penner founded Powerland Computers in 1986, at 17, and helped thousands of service businesses with technology solutions before Xerox acquired it in 2022. In 1999 he founded Wilderness Edge Retreat & Conference Centre in Pinawa, Manitoba. He built its first venue booking system in 2001 and rebuilt it around online inquiries and booking between 2008 and 2012. Wilderness Edge runs about three group retreats a week from spring through fall, and takes long-term stays in winter.
In 2019 he founded Everybooking. It answers Wilderness Edge inquiries in seconds with a real, multi-line quote, follow-ups in minutes, and the same engine — instant quote, group cascade, unique inventory, split deposits — runs booking sales for businesses that sell by the day, night, time, time slot or job.
