Kevin Penner owns Wilderness Edge, a 28-cabin retreat center on 140 acres in the Pacific Northwest of Canada that hosts roughly 120 retreats a year. For five years he answered every inquiry personally — median reply time: 11 hours — and starting in 2019 he tried nine different booking tools looking for one that could quote a multi-day group with cabins, meals, and activities in a single reply. None could.

So he built it. Everybooking answers Wilderness Edge inquiries in under a minute with a real, multi-line quote, and Kevin hasn't needed to be on-site in 8 months. That same engine — instant quote, group cascade, unique inventory, split deposits — now runs booking sales for operators well beyond retreats.
